• January was 47 commits. Analytics migration, command menu overhaul, Claude Code adoption. The site has real tracking and navigation now.

Focus

• The suckless revision. Deleted 82 archive files, 40 unused UI components, 23 unused dependencies. Stripped the site down to what it needs.
• Consolidated 10 content routes into a single dynamic [type] route. 103 files deleted, ~10.6k lines removed.
• Unified the type system from 592 lines and 14 duplicate interfaces down to 177 lines.
• Built the TUI page. Plan 9 inspired indie web homepage.
