Astrid Baxter
Summary (recovered as "Shivani Baxter")
Shivani Baxter is a name known throughout the world, but especially in Indiana. (Source says Indiana, then Uttar Pradesh — preserved.) In Uttar Pradesh, the graphic of SB has been printed on many alley walls. It is a sign of horror and retribution for the wicked.
Public Emergence
Shivani formally announced herself in the year ____. A voice recorder came in the mail for the police, giving them an exact play-by-play for capturing the organization called Murkt — a terrorist organization known most famously for kidnapping and arson.
At first the police were very suspicious. They thought this was some kind of trick from Murkt. In the end, the Chief of Police was able to convince the captain it was worth a shot. After capturing Murkt, the police captain announced the existence of the woman known as Shivani Baxter to be a public symbol of fear.
NIA Investigation
With the uproar of Shivani as a public symbol, the NIA stepped in. Utilizing voice recognition tools, checking vocal patterns and inflections — they were still unable to match any voice in their system.
They ran the voice through a system called MARKS, a global voice database. Still no match.
The Head of the NIA, in a statement regarding the recently named "Baxter Documents" — referring to the set of 6 letters left by Shivani Baxter for the local police force of Uttar Pradesh — referred to Shivani as "Inhumanly Sagacious." Someone that thought like no one he had ever encountered.
He went so far as to say that had he lacked the knowledge of her chastity, he could have expected Shivani to be the child of the late Sydney Lane.
